Greg Maurice

Founder & CEO

Greg Maurice is a Haitian-American film acquisition and distribution executive with more than 15 years of experience connecting culturally relevant stories with global audiences.

After immigrating from Haiti to Brooklyn at age 13, Greg built his career through perseverance, cultural pride, and a belief in the power of storytelling. He has acquired and distributed more than 550 films and has contributed to over $150 million in cumulative licensing revenue across leading platforms, including Netflix, HBO, BET, Hulu, Showtime, Starz, ALLBLK, and Amazon.

Greg has held leadership roles at Fox, Big3, Red Bull, Entertainment One, 1091 Pictures. At Entertainment One, he spearheaded the launch of the company’s Black film vertical. Throughout his career, he has earned a reputation as a trusted dealmaker and strategic partner to filmmakers, producers, platforms, and investors.

As Founder and CEO of ARK CLB, Greg brings together his industry experience and entrepreneurial vision to finance, develop, acquire, and distribute stories that entertain audiences, strengthen communities, and create sustainable opportunities for historically underserved creators.

Stephon Chaney

Co-Founder & Head of strategic partnerships

Stephon Chaney is an ordained pastor, entrepreneur, and former corporate sales executive whose journey from the boardroom to church planting reflects the heart of ARK CLB.

Following a successful career in strategic sales leadership at Salesforce, BetterUp, and Thrive Global, Stephon answered a calling to leave corporate life and launch Activate Church in Alpharetta, Georgia.

As a husband and father of three, he is deeply committed to advancing faith-aligned, wholesome entertainment for families. At ARK CLB, Stephon combines his experience in sales, relationship development, entrepreneurship, and pastoral leadership to build meaningful partnerships with investors, industry leaders, creators, churches, and communities.
